Modern machining system – capable of large-volume and large-size production - Seiko Industry Vietnam
In the field of mechanical processing, especially for components serving semiconductor equipment and industrial jigs, requirements extend beyond precision to include the ability to handle large-volume production and machine large-sized parts.
To ensure stable progress and quality, the machinery system needs to be synchronously invested, capable of continuous operation, and able to process a diverse range of parts from small to large sizes.
Seiko Industry Vietnam has built a modern CNC machining system, flexibly meeting demands from mass production to the machining of large-sized products according to requirements.
Diverse and Synchronized CNC Machining System
The equipment system is configured with various machine models from Japanese brands, ensuring stability and continuous machining capability:
■ CNC Milling
BROTHER S1000X1, S7000X1, S500X1 (over 19 machines) – high-speed machining, suitable for large-volume production
MAZAK FJV-35/60 II (5 machines) – precise machining of parts with high stability
MORI SEIKI NV5000 (4 machines), NV4000, HS5000, NH5000 – handles a diverse range of parts from medium to complex
OKUMA MB-8000H – machines large-sized parts with high rigidity
MORI SEIKI VS10000 – processes large frame-type and machine base parts
■ CNC and Automatic Lathe Machining
MORI SEIKI NL2000/Y, NL2500/Y – multi-functional CNC turning
CITIZEN BNA-42S2 (5 machines), BNC-42, A20, L20 – automatic bar feeder turning, suitable for mass production
■ Special Machining
MITSUBISHI, SUNTECH (Wire-cut EDM) – high-precision wire-cut machining
Sodick K1C – small hole machining
OKAMOTO PSG-84EX – precision grinding
FUJIKIKO BT4-600 (8 machines) – hairline surface treatment
This system allows for a variety of CNC machining methods, cutting, and CNC milling, meeting diverse technical requirements.
Large-Volume Production and Large-Sized Machining Capabilities
■ To meet large-scale production, the machine system is allocated to optimize capacity:
- A large number of BROTHER and CITIZEN machines ensure continuous production
- Capable of multi-shift operation, fulfilling large-volume orders
- Ensures consistency among products
■ For large-sized products:
OKUMA MB-8000H, MORI SEIKI VS10000, MAZAK FJV-35/60 II machines → allow for machining parts up to approximately 1m – 2m in size
As a result, we can machine:
- Frames, machine bases
- Industrial jigs, fixtures
- Large plate-type parts
Measurement and Quality Control System
In parallel with machining capabilities, a synchronized measurement system has been invested in to ensure quality, including:
- ACCRETECH 3D measuring machine (900×1500×600 mm) – for measuring large-sized parts
- MITUTOYO 3D measuring machine (700×1000×600 mm)
- KEYENCE image measuring machine
- Handheld measuring tool system (micrometers, calipers, gauges…)
Allows for:
Measuring and inspecting products up to approximately 1m × 2m in size
Ensuring precision and consistency of all parts
