Ohashi Iron Works Vietnam (OTV) operates a cationic electrodeposition coating line that continuously conveys hangers via a conveyor. Products are set on hangers and continuously transported through each process, from pre-treatment to electrodeposition coating. This line configuration allows for the continuous feeding of hangers, enabling efficient processing of mass-produced items.

Furthermore, the maximum compatible size for coated objects is approximately 550×1,000×200mm, accommodating not only small parts but also long parts in the 1,000mm class.

On OTV's line, a conveyor continuously moves, transporting products to each processing stage.

Multiple products are set on hangers and continuously conveyed through pre-treatment, phosphating, electrodeposition coating, and post-processes. Unlike systems where hangers are raised and lowered for each batch, hangers can be continuously fed, which is a key feature for efficiently processing mass-produced items.

The maximum compatible size for coated objects is approximately 550×1,000×200mm.

In addition to small parts, long parts in the 1,000mm class can be hung on hangers and processed on the continuous line.
