At LEO ELECTRONICS (VIETNAM), we provide integrated production of enclosure components for immunology analyzers for medical device manufacturers. This product is an enclosure for a medium-sized device, approximately 1m square and weighing 70-80kg, with sheet metal processing, welding, and rivet assembly completed in-house. Utilizing precision bending and robotic welding, we support mass production at a scale of 200 units per month.
Particularly for rivet fixing sections requiring precise 90-degree bending accuracy, using a press brake with an angle sensor eliminates the need for post-process corrections or rework, significantly reducing the defect rate. We also support spot welding of dissimilar materials such as stainless steel and iron (plated steel sheets), ensuring stable operation of highly complex processes.
