At LEO ELECTRONICS (VIETNAM), we have internalized our parts procurement function, providing an integrated service from supplier development and procurement management to assembly and finished product supply. 

In typical manufacturing outsourcing, customers must select suppliers for each component, negotiate prices, and manage delivery times and quality. However, we provide comprehensive support, including these procurement operations. In addition to our in-house manufacturing capabilities such as precision sheet metal fabrication and press processing, we have established a procurement system that includes external sourcing for resin parts, sensors, harnesses, rubber parts, and PCBs. By also performing assembly, we go beyond mere component supply to deliver finished products. By integrating supplier selection and quality control in-house, we eliminate the division between procurement and manufacturing, reducing management effort and stabilizing quality. 

Furthermore, we leverage a supplier network of over 400 companies (over 3,000 companies across the entire group) to select the optimal procurement source for each project. We provide consistent support from the prototyping stage to mass production and long-term supply, establishing a system that can flexibly respond to changes in procurement sources and supply risks.
