Furthermore, with the goals of “Quick delivery response – Never saying No – Leveraging local strengths”, and based on the proven track record cultivated in Japan’s number one manufacturing city, Higashi-Osaka, we are able to support cost reduction for both mass production and single-piece orders, as well as production during long holidays (New Year, Golden Week, Obon).
About CVD (chemical vapor deposition)
CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) is a technology that deposits a thin film on a substrate surface by chemically reacting source gases within a reactor. Because it utilizes chemical reactions in the gas phase, it is characterized by its ability to form uniform and highly adhesive films even on substrates with complex shapes. Representative methods include thermal CVD, which uses thermal energy; PECVD (Plasma CVD), which uses plasma; and photo-CVD, which uses light energy. These technologies are widely utilized as indispensable processes for creating high-performance materials in a wide range of fields, such as insulating films and conductive films in semiconductor device manufacturing, anti-reflection coatings for optical components, wear-resistant coatings for tools, and photovoltaic layers for solar cells.
