About Acrylic
Stainless steel is an iron alloy that possesses excellent corrosion resistance by containing 10.5% or more chromium. Due to its high mechanical strength, aesthetic appeal, and hygienic properties, it is utilized in an extremely wide range of applications in manufacturing. In processing, its tendency to work harden and differences in weldability depending on the type (e.g., austenitic, ferritic) must be considered. Typical processing methods include cutting, pressing, bending, welding (TIG, MIG), polishing, and laser processing, and there are many situations where a particularly precise surface finish is required. Its properties are leveraged in diverse fields such as kitchen equipment, medical devices, chemical plants, architectural interiors and exteriors, and automotive parts, and the selection of appropriate processing techniques determines product quality.
