In addition to manufacturing precision parts by lost wax casting, we have established an integrated production system that handles post-casting processing in-house. Based on casting technology compliant with JIS standards (JIS G 5121), we have a stable track record of deliveries in fields requiring high quality, such as medical, semiconductor, water and gas, and machine parts. Furthermore, by completing mold design, lost wax casting, machining, surface treatment, and quality inspection all in-house, we achieve both consistent quality and short lead times. Our production base is in Vietnam.

We have established a strict quality inspection system using metal component analyzers and hardness testers, ensuring traceability from material reception to finished products. Furthermore, dimensional inspections using a three-dimensional measuring machine (CMM) allow us to verify accuracy down to the micron level and detect even subtle signs of casting defects, such as sand inclusion.
