About Component Analysis and Quality Inspection for Lost-Wax Casting

Our lost wax casting strictly manages all processes, from metal component analysis to final quality inspection, to ensure consistent product quality. From the material selection stage before casting, we accurately analyze chemical components to confirm compliance with quality standards based on JIS G 5121. Subsequently, after precise lost wax casting, we conduct multi-faceted inspections such as dimensional inspection, hardness measurement, and visual inspection to guarantee product reliability. This enables stable delivery even in industries requiring high quality, such as medical, semiconductor, and water/gas related fields. Our production base is in Vietnam.
【In-house Quality Control System】
To stably ensure the quality of lost wax cast products, we permanently install various inspection equipment in-house and conduct multi-faceted quality checks at each manufacturing process.
Metal Component Analyzer (Emission Spectrometer): Accurately measures the chemical components of metal materials used before casting and confirms consistency with specifications. This ensures thorough material management in compliance with JIS standards and prevents product defects from occurring.
Hardness Tester (Rockwell/Brinell): Measures the hardness related to the strength and durability of cast products and confirms the mechanical properties required for structural applications. Sampling inspections are also conducted on a lot basis as needed.
Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM): Measures the dimensional accuracy of lost wax cast products with high precision, checking deviations from design drawings in micron units. It is also utilized for scan analysis to avoid overlooking sand particles (foundry sand) that may be mixed in during the casting process or signs of minute shape defects, proving effective in detecting signs of internal defects that cannot be found by visual inspection alone.
