Seiko Industry Vietnam Co., Ltd. (SIV) is a precision mechanical manufacturing company 100% owned by Akita Seiko (Japan), established on October 17, 2012, and officially commenced operations in November 2013. The company is located in Thang Long II Industrial Park, Hung Yen province – a region with a high concentration of large manufacturing enterprises in Northern Vietnam. SIV specializes in precision parts machining and jig manufacturing for semiconductor production equipment, with a closed-loop process from material supply, machining, to surface treatment. Key materials include aluminum (A5052, A5056, A6063, A7075) and stainless steel (SUS303, SUS304, SUS316), meeting high technical requirements in the electronics and semiconductor industries. The factory has a land area of approximately 18,654 m², a floor area of nearly 9,640 m², and a team of over 170 personnel, including Japanese experts. The equipment system includes many modern CNC machining machines such as vertical and horizontal machining centers, NC lathes, grinding machines, EDM, and precision measuring equipment, allowing for the processing of diverse parts with high precision. We can accommodate the machining of large-sized components with lengths and widths up to 1m × 2m, suitable for parts requiring large dimensions and high stability in the manufacturing process. With a technological foundation from Japan and a favorable location near Hanoi and Noi Bai airport, Seiko Industry Vietnam plays a crucial manufacturing base role in the group's global supply chain, contributing to the supply of precision mechanical components for the semiconductor and electronics industries. In addition to serving the internal system, we also directly provide products and machining services to customers in Vietnam, flexibly meeting requirements for quality, lead time, and technical specifications.
