About Gun drill machine
Gun drill machines are machine tools specialized in high-precision deep hole drilling. They are used for drilling operations that require a large L/D ratio (hole depth/hole diameter), as well as high roundness, straightness, and surface roughness. By using a dedicated gun drill tool and supplying high-pressure cutting oil from inside the tool, they simultaneously cool cutting heat and efficiently discharge chips. This enables stable machining over long periods and achieves high machining quality.
