Our automatic green sand casting system is primarily composed of molding and pouring equipment manufactured by SINTO (Sinto Kogyo) Co., Ltd., achieving stable production with high-speed molding at 2 molds per minute (30 seconds/mold).
The compatible flask size is 700×600×500mm, and the standard product weight ranges from 1kg to 70kg.
We can stably supply high-precision FC/FCD cast components in large lots, while suppressing defect risks such as variations and shrinkage cavities in mass production.
