DISOCO operates two hot forging plants within its premises, establishing a production system capable of mass producing over 11,700 tons of forged parts ranging from 1kg to 20kg annually. Under temperature control by induction heating equipment, we achieve precision forging that leverages the properties of steel materials. We support the mass production of critical parts requiring high safety, such as engine components and chassis structural parts.
- Main Equipment: Hydraulic forging hammers (63kJ・80kJ), Hot presses (1000T・1600T)

At DISOCO, we perform hot forging suitable for the forming conditions of various materials, from carbon steel to stainless steel and alloy steel.
- Carbon Steel (S20C, S35C, S45C): Under brackets, swing arms, etc.
- Chromium Molybdenum Steel (SCM420H, SCM440): Gears, towing hooks
- Alloy Steel (35XM): Crankshafts (approx. 10kg class)
- Stainless Steel (SUS316): Fittings (0.18kg)
We design optimal heating temperatures, holding times, and mold structures according to the material, supplying products with high dimensional accuracy and repeatability.
