May 1946
Established "Chigusa Kogyosho," a leather packing manufacturer, in Fukushima Ward, Osaka City.
April 1948
Reorganized into "Takaishi Hikaku Kogyo Co., Ltd." and established its head office in Ibaraki City.
August 1951
Constructed a new company building and factory, and relocated the head office factory to its current location.
Around 1953
Started manufacturing rubber packing.
September 1955
Started production of O-rings.
February 1956
Changed its name to "Takaishi Kogyo Co., Ltd." to expand its product offerings.
August 1961
Became a designated factory for "O-ring JIS B 2401 No. 8215".
July 1962
Constructed the Tottori Plant and started operations.
May 1977
Constructed the Yamazaki Plant in Shiso City, Hyogo Prefecture, and started operations.
March 1992
Installed a cryogenic barrel finishing machine at the Osaka Head Office Plant.
November 1993
Installed a cryogenic barrel finishing machine at the Tottori Plant.
June 2004
Installed a 400-ton vacuum molding machine at the Tottori Plant.
April 2006
Introduced the "NEXIV" CNC image measuring system.
February 2007
Relinquished its designation as a JIS B 2401 (O-ring) designated factory.
June 2007
Obtained ISO9001:2000 certification (Osaka Head Office Plant).
February 2010
Obtained Eco-Action 21 certification.
May 2010
Obtained ISO9001:2008 certification renewal (Osaka Head Office Plant).
June 2010
Installed a 350-ton vacuum molding machine at the Tottori Plant.

Received the Excellent Company Award at the Osaka Monozukuri Excellent Company Award 2011 (Takumi).

Installed a cryogenic barrel finishing machine at the Yamazaki Plant.

Exhibited at Hannover Messe in Germany.

Started operations in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh).

Obtained ISO9001:2015 certification renewal (Osaka Head Office Plant).

Selected for "The 300 SMEs and Small Businesses Driving Regional Economies" (Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry).

Incorporated the Vietnam Plant locally as "TAKAISHI VIETNAM CO.,LTD.".
