Autosplice Electronics (Dongguan) Co., Ltd. designs, manufactures, and supplies terminals, pins, connectors, precision stamped parts, molded products, interconnect assemblies, and automated equipment for automotive, industrial electronics, medical, telecommunications, and transportation industries.

We combine engineering, product development, prototyping, tooling, metal stamping, pin manufacturing, injection molding, insert molding, connector assembly, PCBA integration, and inspection to support customers from concept to mass production.

Autosplice does not use a fixed configuration. Products are developed according to drawings, pin count, current, voltage, materials, plating, dimensions, tolerances, environment, assembly method, and production volume.

In press-fit technology, we provide compliant pins, terminals, blades, sockets, and pin headers using Eye-of-the-Needle technology for solderless PCB connections.

In precision stamping, Autosplice supplies terminals, contacts, lead frames, busbars, and conductive parts. We also manufacture round and square drawn wire pins in loose, strip, or reel forms.

AutoHeader is available in reel form with single-row, double-row, straight, right-angle, solder, or press-fit configurations, supporting automated assembly and part-number reduction.

For custom projects, we develop connectors, molded headers, insert-molded components, and assemblies integrating terminals, housings, lead frames, or PCBAs. Applications include ECUs, BCUs, sensors, radar, control modules, and power distribution systems.

Autosplice also supplies Spliceband, splicing machines, tooling, SMT pins, shield clips, battery contacts, pin insertion machines, and automated assembly systems.
