SUNSEP - Membrane Air Dryer

The SUNSEP Membrane Air Dryer is a maintenance-free, power-supply-independent solution for compressed air and gas dehumidification, offering easy installation and flexible mounting. Utilizing a hollow fiber membrane, it efficiently removes water vapor from moist air or can be configured for humidification. Key applications include industrial compressed air drying (SWB/SWC/SWF Series), analytical sample gas drying (SWG Series, SWT AQUADRIVE for small flows like 10-500 ml/min), and humidity control for instrumentation, environmental analysis, and gas analyzers. Operating within -20 to +55°C for both fluid and ambient temperatures, it handles supply pressures up to 0.85MPa (Gauge) and requires pre-filtration and a purge gas flow, typically 10-20% of the supply, for optimal performance.
