ECO MORE (Floating oil recovery device)

The ECO MORE is a patented floating oil recovery device designed for manufacturing industries to thoroughly remove floating oil, fine sludge, and scum from processing liquids. It addresses coolant deterioration caused by various factors, improving machinability, quality, and reducing costs and downtime. The system features powerful suction, 3-stage separation, and a patented Ecomore Float that achieves a 90% oil recovery rate by suppressing coolant suction. Key specifications include a stainless steel main unit (L480xW500xH1200mm) with an 18L effective volume, a flow rate of 1-32 L/min, and air-driven operation. It is compatible with water-soluble cutting fluids, cleaning fluids, quenching oils, and factory waste fluids (excluding solids).
