For parts requiring multi-sided observation, glass disc machines allow cameras to inspect from multiple directions. For thread inspection, Hualei provides hanging screw machines and 360-degree systems to detect missing threads, damaged threads, deformation, and thread rolling defects.

The system can integrate cameras, lenses, light sources, image processing software, vibratory feeders, indexing discs, and sorting mechanisms. Pass and fail products are separated automatically; depending on the configuration, data can be stored and results statistically analyzed.

Hualei provides support from sample evaluation, determining inspection items, image testing, design, and manufacturing to commissioning and operational guidance.
