Machining Process
+ External Turning: Machining the outer surface to precise dimensions using CNC lathes.
+ External Threading: Cutting M-threads at the shaft end with high precision, ensuring concentricity and thread tightness.
+ Side Thread Drilling (optional): M4–M6 threads can be machined according to drawing requirements.
+ Equipment Used: CNC lathes from Mori Seiki, Okuma, Citizen, capable of machining components up to φ450 × 1,000 mm.
