Possessing approximately 250 units of various lathes, including NC lathes, general-purpose lathes, and automatic lathes, we achieve short-time and highly efficient production through an automated process that enables mass production of small parts.
We conduct thorough quality inspection of small parts using high-precision measuring equipment such as CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine), contour measuring machines, and roughness measuring machines. Complying with ISO 9001 quality standards, we implement strict management regarding dimensional tolerances, surface finish, mechanical properties, and more.
