【Overview】
This technology is a mass production machining solution for precision machining of cold forged parts. By finishing to final dimensions using CNC lathes and machining centers, starting from near-net shapes produced by forging, we aim to achieve both cost-effectiveness and precision.
Supporting micron-level tolerance management, we maintain stable dimensional accuracy even in mass production processes. For high-precision demanding parts, including automotive components, we provide an optimal machining method combining forging and cutting.
