The FUKUHARA OIL BUSTER is a high-performance oil mist adsorption and capture device for compressed air, achieving oil-free compressor equivalent air quality by eliminating oil mist. It employs special high-performance absorbing material and a long passage design for efficient, long-term adsorption, achieving <0.0005 wtppm oil mist concentration. Models OB2000-8, OB4000-8, and OB8000-12 handle 2,000-8,000 L/min at 1 MPa max pressure, with an approximate 18-month filter life. Ideal for applications including 3D measuring instruments, food processing, laser machining, and protecting sensors from oil contamination.
