The OIL BUSTER is a world-class, patented oil mist adsorption and trapping device designed to deliver Class 0 oil-free compressed air easily and inexpensively, even from oil-lubricated compressors. All models are TÜV Rheinland Class 0 certified for oil mist concentration, ensuring the highest quality air. This system offers substantial energy savings and is a more economical alternative to purchasing an oil-free compressor. Technically, the OIL BUSTER employs a special high-performance oil absorbent to remove oil mist and odor from dry compressed air. It is available in OB Type (3 models) with flow rates from 1,200 to 3,000 L/min, and OBMP Type (6 models) handling 4,000 to 24,000 L/min. The system maintains an outlet oil concentration of Class 0, operating at a maximum pressure of 1 MPa and temperatures from 2 to 50℃, with an initial pressure drop of 10-12.5 kPa. Tank replacement is typically every 24 months or 12,000 hours, guided by an included oil mist detector. The OIL BUSTER significantly contributes to energy efficiency and CO2 reduction.
