About Direct printing
Urethane coating is a surface treatment technology that uses paint primarily composed of urethane resin. Its greatest features are excellent weather resistance, abrasion resistance, chemical resistance, water resistance, and high adhesion. This allows for the long-term protection and aesthetic maintenance of products, even under harsh operating environments. The main application method, after appropriate surface preparation, is generally spray painting with a spray gun, which forms a uniform and smooth coating film. Its applications are diverse, and it is widely adopted for industrial products such as automotive parts, building materials, furniture, metal products, plastic products, and FRP products, where high durability and a beautiful finish are required. Particularly, two-component urethane paints are highly valued in many manufacturing sites due to their high performance.
