About Blade polishing
Barrel polishing (vibration method) is a polishing technique that processes the surface of workpieces by placing them along with polishing media (abrasive stones, compounds) in a dedicated container and vibrating them to create relative motion. This method is widely used for deburring, chamfering, improving surface roughness, and imparting luster to mass-produced items, as it can process a large number of parts at once. A particular feature is its ability to uniformly process parts, even those with complex shapes or intricate sections. It is applied to the finishing of a wide range of metal, resin, and ceramic parts, such as automotive components, electronic parts, precision machine parts, and decorative items. There are dry and wet methods, and media and compounds are selected according to the purpose.
