About Epoxy coating
Electropolishing is a surface treatment technology that electrochemically dissolves the metal surface by using the workpiece as an anode and passing an electric current through an electrolyte solution. It preferentially removes microscopic irregularities, smoothing and polishing the surface, while also forming a passive film to improve corrosion resistance. It enables uniform treatment even on complex shapes and fine parts that are difficult to process with mechanical polishing, and is also effective in removing the work-affected layer and fine burrs. It is widely used in fields requiring high cleanliness and corrosion resistance, such as semiconductor manufacturing equipment, medical devices, and food plant components, contributing to improved product functionality and extended lifespan.
