About Tin-zinc alloy plating (rack)
Electroless copper (rack) refers to a method of electroless plating where a copper film is deposited by a chemical reaction without using electricity, with workpieces fixed to jigs (racks) for processing. The greatest feature of this technology is its ability to form a copper layer with uniform thickness even on non-conductive materials and parts with complex shapes. Its main applications include ensuring conductivity in through-holes and vias of printed circuit boards, imparting conductivity to plastic parts, EMI shielding, and widely serving as a pre-treatment for decorative or functional plating. By using racks, it is possible to efficiently process a large number of parts and stabilize quality. Degreasing, etching, and catalyst application are important pre-treatments.
