About Chassis prototype manufacturing
Enclosure prototype manufacturing is the process of creating external cases (enclosures) from the initial stages of product development until just before mass production, for the functional verification of aspects such as the product's external design, interference with internal components, assemblability, heat dissipation, and strength. It is an indispensable process for final confirmation before mass production, market research, and exhibition participation, among other things. Representative processing methods include high-precision resin and metal cutting, 3D printing (additive manufacturing) for complex shapes and short lead times, sheet metal processing for metal plates, and vacuum casting or simple molds for small-batch, high-mix production.
