About Hot plate welding
YAG laser processing is a non-contact processing technology that utilizes a solid-state laser (primarily with a wavelength of 1064 nm) using yttrium aluminum garnet crystals as the medium. It is capable of focusing high power and high energy density, and is applied to a wide range of applications, primarily for metal materials, such as cutting, welding, drilling, and marking. It is particularly suitable for precise micro-machining and high-speed processing, achieving high-quality processing while minimizing the heat-affected zone (HAZ). By switching between pulsed oscillation and continuous wave (CW) oscillation, it supports various processing modes, from ablation processing to heat conduction welding and keyhole welding, demonstrating its true value in diverse manufacturing fields such as automotive, electronic components, and medical devices.
