High-frequency welding is a technology that utilizes dielectric heating, generated when high-frequency current passes through thermoplastic resins (such as PVC, PU, and EVA), to generate heat from within the material, melting and joining it. The material is clamped between molds that serve as electrodes, and by applying high-frequency current while applying pressure, a uniform and rapid joint is formed. This method does not require adhesives and enables strong welding with high airtightness and watertightness. Its characteristics are utilized in a wide range of fields, including medical infusion bags, automotive interior materials, tents, tarpaulins, and stationery files. It is a highly versatile processing method that can also accommodate products with complex shapes.
