About Spring die part processing

Spring mold component processing is a technology for manufacturing components that constitute molds used to produce springs across a wide range of fields, including automobiles, home appliances, and electronic devices. To determine the shape and characteristics of springs, high precision in micron units and excellent durability are required. Representative processing methods include cutting with machining centers, high-precision finishing through surface grinding and form grinding, and processing of complex shapes and high-hardness materials (such as SKD11 and cemented carbide) using wire electrical discharge machining and die-sinking electrical discharge machining. In addition to these processes, heat treatment and surface treatment (such as DLC coating) are applied to improve the wear resistance and extend the lifespan of mold components, thereby supporting the stable mass production of springs.
