PEACE-LON VIETNAM COMPANY LIMITED
Peace-Lon is a brand of Heiwa Sangyo Co., Ltd., a Japanese company that has manufactured self-lubricating oil-impregnated plain bearings and sintered mechanical parts utilizing powder metallurgy and sintering technology since its establishment in 1961. Peace-Lon specializes primarily in small self-lubricating oil-impregnated plain bearings with diameters ranging from approximately 0.5 to 22 mm, which are used in motors, automobiles, home appliances, office automation equipment, and various precision mechanisms for shaft support and maintaining stable operation. With over 60 types of raw materials, we can develop materials and propose combinations tailored to the specific requirements of each application, such as low noise, high load capacity, wear resistance, oil leakage prevention, and high-temperature environment compatibility. By consistently performing all processes from raw material selection and mixing, mold design, compaction, sintering, sizing, and oil impregnation to final inspection, we propose optimal bearing specifications according to load, speed, PV value, operating temperature, and required lifespan. Furthermore, Peace-Lon is expanding its overseas production and sales system. In Vietnam, its fifth factory has been established at Lot C8b-2, Ngang 4 Street, Phu An Thanh Industrial Park, Ben Luc, Tay Ninh Province, Vietnam, strengthening the supply system for self-lubricating oil-impregnated plain bearings and sintered parts for customers in the Southeast Asian region.

About High rigid die
"Carbide dies/tools" is a general term for dies and tools made from cemented carbide, which primarily consists of tungsten carbide. Their most significant features are excellent high hardness, high wear resistance, high rigidity, and heat resistance. This allows them to demonstrate their true value in harsh processing environments where high precision and long lifespan are required. Key applications include blanking and bending dies in press working, drawing and forging dies in plastic working, wire drawing dies, cold rolling rolls, and dies for powder metallurgy. In the processing of high-hardness materials and mass production, they contribute to extending tool life, maintaining processing accuracy, and shortening cycle times, making them an indispensable element for improving productivity and reducing total costs.
