About Mobile phones
Mobile phone manufacturing is the culmination of processing technologies for precision electronic devices, which are becoming increasingly high-functional, miniaturized, and lightweight. The main processing targets are diverse, including casings, displays, printed circuit boards, and internal modules. For casings, plastic injection molding, metal CNC machining, die casting, and pressing are used, and high-quality surface treatments such as anodizing, PVD, and painting are applied to the surface. For displays, precision cutting, polishing, thin-film formation, and lamination of glass are essential. Printed circuit boards are manufactured using etching and lamination technologies, and fine components are mounted using SMT. For internal camera modules, FPCs, and similar components, precision pressing and laser processing are frequently used. These processing methods require high precision, high yield, mass productivity, and advanced consideration for material properties (heat dissipation, strength, electromagnetic shielding).
