About Shaving die
A shaving die is a precision shearing die used in press working to obtain highly precise cut surfaces. It minimizes roll-over, fractured surfaces, and burrs that occur in conventional blanking processes, achieving smooth, high-quality cut surfaces. Its features include an extremely small clearance setting between the punch and die, and a structure that firmly restrains the material from above and below.
