About Colored steel plate
Color steel sheets are pre-coated steel sheets made by continuously applying paint and baking it dry onto metal substrates such as galvanized steel sheets or galvalume steel sheets, after they have undergone surface treatment. They possess excellent aesthetic appeal, corrosion resistance, and weather resistance, and because post-process painting is unnecessary, they contribute to the simplification of manufacturing processes and cost reduction. Their main applications are diverse, including roofing and wall materials for buildings, exteriors of home appliances, automotive parts, and office equipment. Processing methods include pressing, bending, and cutting. Due to the high adhesion of the paint film, the coating is resistant to peeling even after processing. This makes it possible to achieve both aesthetic appeal and durability for products.
