About Vanishing model casting (full mold casting)
LCP (Liquid Crystal Polymer) is a high-performance engineering plastic that exhibits a liquid crystalline state when molten. Its characteristics include extremely high heat resistance, excellent mechanical strength and modulus, low thermal expansion coefficient, and superior electrical properties represented by low dielectric constant and low dissipation factor. Furthermore, its very high fluidity when molten allows for easy precision molding of thin-walled and complex shapes, resulting in excellent dimensional stability. Due to these properties, LCP is widely adopted in electronic components and precision equipment fields where miniaturization, high density, and high reliability are required, such as small connectors, relays, coil bobbins, optical pickup components, high-frequency communication device components, and automotive electrical components. The primary processing method is injection molding, and its excellent fluidity enables mass production of precision parts.
