FRP molding is a processing technology for composite materials, where reinforcing fibers such as glass fiber and carbon fiber are solidified with plastic resin. In particular, CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic) achieves both extremely high specific strength, specific modulus, and lightweight properties, making it an indispensable material in the aerospace, automotive, and medical device fields. One of its representative molding methods is autoclave molding. This method involves laminating prepregs impregnated with resin, sealing them in a vacuum bag, and then curing them under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions to produce high-quality parts with few voids. It is used for manufacturing structural components that require high reliability.
