About Forging roll
Pressure forming is a manufacturing method in which a thermoplastic resin sheet is heated and softened, then pressed against a mold using the pressure of compressed air to form it. While vacuum forming utilizes negative pressure (suction), pressure forming uses positive pressure (pushing), making it possible to produce products with sharper edges, finer details, and higher dimensional accuracy. A heated sheet is placed in a mold, and compressed air is introduced between the sheet and the mold, pressing the sheet against the mold. It is widely used for manufacturing relatively thin-walled, large, and complex-shaped products such as automotive interior parts, appliance covers, medical device housings, and food containers, and is particularly suitable for products requiring high surface aesthetics and precision.
