Ohashi Tekko Vietnam is a manufacturing base for critical automotive safety components that support the running, stopping, and turning of vehicles. We have established a fully integrated production system—from cutting and chamfering to pressing, press-fitting, and cationic electrodeposition coating—operating under quality standards equivalent to those of our headquarters. Our primary focus is on the mass production of accelerator pedal rods. With in-house end-to-end process control, we achieve both shorter lead times and stable supply. We have a proven track record of mass production and delivery to major customers, including automobile manufacturers. Moving forward, we plan to leverage these technologies to expand production to other safety-related components, such as hood support rods and tow hooks. Through our high-corrosion-resistance cationic coating technology, we will continue contributing to the enhancement of quality and safety in the Asian automotive industry.

About Painting

Representative steel grades include SUS304, SUS316, and SUS631J1 (precipitation hardening type), each having different properties. In terms of applications, it is widely adopted in fields requiring high reliability and durability, such as medical equipment, food machinery, precision electronic components, automotive parts, and chemical plants. As for processing methods, it is common to form wire rods or sheets through cold working (drawing, rolling), and then apply stress relief annealing or age hardening treatment to impart spring characteristics. Material selection and heat treatment are crucial for ensuring high elastic limit and fatigue strength.
