About Door mirror
Door mirrors are important safety components attached to the sides of automobiles to ensure rearward visibility. They consist of a housing, mirror body, stay, and electric adjustment/folding actuators, among others, and are highly demanded for visibility, aerodynamic performance, design, and pedestrian protection performance. The housing is mainly an injection-molded product of PP or ABS resin, requiring complex designs and high dimensional accuracy, and is subjected to surface treatments such as painting and plating. Stays are typically made by aluminum die-casting or steel sheet pressing. The mirror surface is processed glass with a vapor-deposited reflective film. With the advancement of multi-functional features such as electric adjustment/folding mechanisms, heated functions, turn signals, and cameras, precise component assembly and strict quality control are indispensable.
