They function as indispensable components in an extremely wide range of fields, including automotive suspensions and valves, switches in home appliances, drive mechanisms in precision instruments, and cushioning materials in industrial machinery. Main processing methods include wire springs, which are formed from wire materials such as piano wire and stainless steel wire through coiling or bending, and leaf springs, which are formed from spring steel sheets through pressing or bending. After forming, processes such as heat treatment (quenching and tempering) to impart spring characteristics, shot peening to enhance fatigue strength, and surface treatments for rust prevention and low friction are applied, achieving the required stringent performance and durability.
