FCS-20G

Heavy-duty, graphite-dispersed bearing.

The FCS-20G is a high-load oil-impregnated bearing material. It features a pearlite structured iron-based matrix with dispersed 40 µm graphite powder, enhancing lubricity and wear resistance. A special sintering process achieves a surface hardness of 250-280 HVO.05. Key specifications include an allowable PV value of 200 MPa·m/min (Pmax 4 MPa, Vmax 100 m/min), making it suitable for low-speed, oscillating, and high-load conditions. Composition: Fe (remainder), Cu (1-3%), Sn (≤2%), C (2-4%). Applications cover high-load motors for automotive seat slides, power windows, and sliding doors. Internal structure shows dispersed graphite and pores for oil impregnation.
