P-added Fe-Cu oil-impregnated bearings.

FCS-200A is a general-purpose Fe-Cu based oil-impregnated bearing material. It offers enhanced hardness and high load resistance due to phosphorus addition, though its low toughness requires caution with crimping for motor attachment. Applications include FAN motors, stepping motors, vacuum cleaner motors, blenders, and multifunction printer paper feed bearings. Key specifications: Main composition is Fe (Bal.), Cu (10-15%), Sn (≤1%), Gr (≤1%), P (≤0.5%). It has a permissible PV value of 150 MPa·m/min, with Pmax of 3 MPa and Vmax of 100 m/min. Density is 5.8-6.5 g/cm³, and crushing strength exceeds 200 MPa.
