- Drilling – Tapping: Integrated into CNC milling machines for machining screw holes and assembly threads.
- Wire EDM: Capable of machining complex profiles with tight tolerances (±0.005mm) and ensuring high surface finish.
- Grinding: Using Nagase surface grinders and Maruei cylindrical grinders to achieve high flatness and surface finish.
- Inspection: Using Mitutoyo 3D measuring machines for precise dimensional inspection.
