【Overview】

Glass epoxy laminate (glass cloth base epoxy resin laminate) is a thermosetting resin material formed by impregnating and laminating epoxy resin onto glass cloth. Possessing excellent electrical insulation, mechanical strength, moisture resistance, and dimensional stability, it is widely used in fields requiring high reliability, such as electrical and electronic equipment, industrial machinery, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. At MIT, we handle not only glass epoxy laminated sheets (equivalent to FR-4 and G-10) but also glass cloth base epoxy resin laminated round bars and glass cloth base epoxy resin laminated tubes. Furthermore, we accommodate custom products such as large-diameter round bars and large-bore laminated tubes, providing one-stop support from material selection to proposals for processed products.
