Ohashi Tekko Vietnam is a manufacturing base for critical automotive safety components that support the running, stopping, and turning of vehicles. We have established a fully integrated production system—from cutting and chamfering to pressing, press-fitting, and cationic electrodeposition coating—operating under quality standards equivalent to those of our headquarters. Our primary focus is on the mass production of accelerator pedal rods. With in-house end-to-end process control, we achieve both shorter lead times and stable supply. We have a proven track record of mass production and delivery to major customers, including automobile manufacturers. Moving forward, we plan to leverage these technologies to expand production to other safety-related components, such as hood support rods and tow hooks. Through our high-corrosion-resistance cationic coating technology, we will continue contributing to the enhancement of quality and safety in the Asian automotive industry.

(NEV) is a network base of Nissin Electric (Headquarters: Kyoto), a long-established manufacturer of electrical and electronic equipment manufacturing and processing, and Nissin Electric Co., Ltd. and its subsidiary Nissin Electric Co., Ltd. At the end of 2005, a production subsidiary was established in Bucknin Province, near Hanoi, North Vietnam, jointly funded by Nissin Electric Thai Co., Ltd. The 10,000-square-meter factory manufactures contract parts and power receiving and transforming equipment (bus ducts), and also undertakes fine coating (PVD coating) services for its parent company, Nissin Electric Thailand.
