We set up furnace for heat treatment in which Rozai Kogyo was in charge of designing the trolley-type convection heat treatment furnace, exhaust duct and chimney; RK Engineering was in charge of manufacturing the LPG tank and LPG supply system including the auxiliary structures, which were designed and manufactured by the Vietnamese staff of RK Engineering. We will keep the aim to be a manufacturer that Vietnamese and Japanese people can work in one team.

About Bending machine
A bending machine is a machine that plastically deforms materials such as metal sheets, pipes, and rods, processing them into specified angles or curvatures. It is primarily used for sheet metal processing, pipe manufacturing, and forming structural components, and is indispensable equipment in a wide range of manufacturing industries such as automotive, construction, home appliances, and aerospace. Representative equipment includes "press brakes (bending machines)," which bend sheet material into V-shapes or U-shapes using an upper die (punch) and a lower die (die), and are widely used for manufacturing complex-shaped casings and parts. Furthermore, "roll benders (three-roll, four-roll)" are used for processing cylindrical or conical shapes, and "pipe benders" are used for bending pipes and tubes. In recent years, advancements in high precision and automation through NC control have progressed, allowing complex multi-stage bending and radius bending to be efficiently achieved, significantly contributing to improved processing accuracy and productivity.
