About Heat cutting machine (fusing)

They are primarily used for processing metal materials and can handle a wide range of plate thicknesses, from thick to thin. They enable high-speed non-contact cutting and complex shape processing, with cutting accuracy and the heat-affected zone varying by method. Their applications are diverse, including shipbuilding, construction machinery, bridges, automotive parts, and general industrial machinery, making them indispensable for cutting materials such as steel plates, stainless steel, and aluminum. Representative equipment includes "gas cutting machines" that use oxygen and a combustible gas, "plasma cutting machines" that utilize arc discharge, and "laser cutting machines" that use high-power laser light. These are selected by considering the material to be processed, plate thickness, required cutting quality, productivity, and running costs.
