RK ENGINEERING CO., LTD is a manufacturing company having business in fabrication of pressure tank, head forming, and Post Weld Heat Treatment service. In March 2012, RK ENGINEERING CO., LTD was established in Haiphong- third largest city of Vietnam, bringing Japanese technology and excellent Vietnamese staff together in order to achieve high technology of production and quality control required by plant manufacturers in Vietnam as well as abroad, to respond to a high requirement of cost effectiveness. In March 2014, we completed a one-stop line for in-house production of end plates, which are indispensable for manufacturing pressure vessels from fabrication to proceed final heat treatment work. We set up furnace for heat treatment in which Rozai Kogyo was in charge of designing the trolley-type convection heat treatment furnace, exhaust duct and chimney; RK Engineering was in charge of manufacturing the LPG tank and LPG supply system including the auxiliary structures, which were designed and manufactured by the Vietnamese staff of RK Engineering. We will keep the aim to be a manufacturer that Vietnamese and Japanese people can work in one team.
About Spinning machine
A spinning machine is equipment that forms rotationally symmetrical parts such as cylinders, cones, and hemispheres by pressing a sheet metal against a rotating mandrel (mold/die) and plastically deforming it with a tool (spinning tool). This "spinning" process is characterized by its ability to significantly reduce mold costs compared to press forming, as it only requires a single-sided mold (mandrel) for shaping. In addition to maintaining uniform material thickness, it can also perform flow forming to partially adjust the thickness. It is used for manufacturing high-precision hollow parts in a wide range of fields, including rocket nozzles and engine parts in the aerospace industry, automotive parts, cooking utensils, lighting fixtures, and pressure vessels. There are various types, ranging from manual machines to automatic machines with NC control, and NC spinning machines, in particular, can handle complex shapes and high-mix, low-volume production.
