We produce coils for solenoid valves for Automotive parts such as; EGRV(Exhaust Gas Recirculation Valve), VTC(Valve Timing Control), IECAS(Intelligent Electronic Control Adaptive Suspension), Injector、EOP(Electric Oil Pump).We offer a comprehensive one-stop service, covering everything from stamping terminals and molding bobbins to winding coils, spot welding, and over-molding. We are working on implementing an automated robotic solution for coil winding through spot welding. Our process also includes multiple inspection stages, such as layer-short testing, insulation verification, and resistance assessment, ensuring the highest quality standards.
Total monthly production volume reach to 500,000 coils.
