THACO INDUSTRIES has exported its first batch of thermal insulation containers to the US market. The thermal insulation containers are made from EPS foam material with a density of 40 kg/m3. The products are manufactured through the following stages: foam shaping, PU coating application, UV coating application, and anti-slip coating on the product surface, assembly of components (including 60 plastic components and auxiliary materials), quality inspection, and product packaging. The products offer the following advantages: lightweight, high durability, and easy transport. Large storage capacity, excellent cold retention (7 days). Versatile lid, reversible to serve as a table, designed with cup holders, suitable for use during picnics and outdoor activities. Designed with handles on the container body for easy portability. Coated with various layers: PU to increase surface hardness and protect the container from impacts; UV to enhance scratch resistance, water resistance, and prevent deformation from weather effects; and an anti-slip coating on the bottom of the container to provide grip. Products are available in various sizes: 45 liters, 65 liters, 85 liters, 115 liters, etc., and colors: blue, white, brown, light yellow, etc., to meet all customer needs.

In the coming period, THACO INDUSTRIES will continue to upgrade its production lines and apply new technologies to ensure technical, technological, and quality standards for high-end thermal insulation containers for export to the US and new markets.
